cancellation policy

We understand that there may be occasions when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To provide the best service to our clients, we request 48 hours advance notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be charged at a 50% service fee. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged at 100% your scheduled service. If you are expecting to be more than 15 minutes late we cannot guarantee that your booked service will be provided. We will, however, do our best to accommodate you!
